SmartSpace

Our “building block” design allows you to easily create flexible floor plans and structures. Essentially they are modular stacking boxes that can be stacked up to three units high. The energy-efficient design also has detachable walls, floors, and roofs enabling you to create stackable complexes to suit your unique needs.

The steel frame provides a durable structure and the galvanized walls will stand up to any climate, so it will work in almost any geographic location. And the interior can easily be integrated with heating, cooling, and electrical systems that you may already have in place.

Mobile Offices

Our mobile offices are easily transportable since they’re on a frame with wheels. You can move them to different areas of your job site or business, wherever you need the extra space.

Mobile offices can be used as temporary offices, meeting rooms, or storage spaces. Another feature of our mobile offices is that you can customize them to suit your needs. You don’t need to force a structure to work for you—you can get one that does work for you.

Office Complexes

Office complexes provide a way for you to quickly and efficiently build more office space. They can range in size from 1,000 to 6,000 square feet and provide the perfect solution when you need more space than our standard single-wide office spaces.

The complexes can include independent offices, washrooms, conference or meeting rooms, and large open spaces for workstations. They are ideal as project offices, for corporate space, and for growing businesses in need of more room.

Customized Solutions

If you have very specific space requirements that don’t fit the typical design of standard modular buildings, you can always go the custom building route. BOXX offers structures that you can customize in size, appearance, layout, and materials.

For example, you can design your modular structure’s layout design to be an open- or a closed-floor plan with offices and meeting rooms.

One of the custom add-ons you can select is our washrooms and lavatories. These can be delivered with built-in water and waste tanks if on-site services are not available, or they can have external tanks. A benefit to adding them is that they are ready to use once the installation is complete.

Other customizations you can add are stairs, landings, or ramps for easy access to the structure. That way your structure is ready to use the moment it's installed.

BOXX Canada also offers customizations for your interior design, too. There are several different furniture packages you can choose from, from office furniture to seating for a conference room or lunchroom. You can add in other decor items like clocks, whiteboards, or calendars.
