Building Materials
Portable offices are built with solid wood framing, steel exterior walls and fascia and durable rubber roofing, paired with vinyl-composite tile floors, vinyl-clad walls, and finished with slider windows, insect screens and security bars. The units have plug-ins and tel/data conduits, energy-efficient lighting, a thermostat-controlled air conditioner and baseboard heaters for comfort.
