When this industrial contracting client needed to accommodate a large crew on a limited on-site footprint, they reached out to BOXX Stoney Creek for help.

During the final phases of constructing a stamping plant for a major automotive manufacturer, our industrial contracting client needed on-site workspace to accommodate their team.

Due to the large size of their crew and the plant's requirements, the traditional space solution would be a double-wide office complex. However, the limited available site space made installing an office complex of that size impossible.

Designed specifically to provide large crews with critical workspace under cramped, restricted, and tight site conditions, SmartSpace offered the perfect solution.

BOXX Stoney Creek was able to successfully deliver and install a 24' x 60' configuration, consisting of nine 8' x 20' SmartSpace units, for this work team. Inside, portable wall systems were used to create multiple private offices surrounding a larger workspace, allowing for a dynamic set-up that accommodated everyone's needs.

Due to SmartSpace's enhanced maneuverability, installation went smoothly, allowing the fully-equipped workspace to be complete within one month. 

Surrounding on-site partners, who had never seen a solution like SmartSpace in action, were impressed by the unique design, while our client was able to begin their work quickly, efficiently, and without constraint.
