This long-term customer of BOXX Modular's (formerly Britco/BOXX in BC) partnered with another large company from the US to tackle an industrial project along the Fraser River. BOXX Modular was very highly utilized at the time quote so the team approached this project by acquiring new fleet and buildings in the configurations best needed for their site layout in a 4-month turnaround. This provided them with complexes to host the majority of their staff (300-500 people) while also providing some single-wide options to separate different divisions and allow for privacy and efficiency. This is a 4-5 year project which required space solutions to accommodate and separate different project teams.

BOXX Modular came to the table with brand new built complexes, washroom buildings and single-wide offices, allowing the client to design some custom workspaces to best suit their needs, while still keeping the buildings within BOXX's standard fleet design. Each module was placed on site to maximize their footprint, and keep the various teams close together while still providing privacy.
