BOXX Langley delivered two high-quality, custom portable modular buildings: one 12' x 60' open space to serve as a staff lunchroom, and one 11' x 27' fully-equipped washroom facility.
Working with our valued partner Jacob Bros Construction, our experienced Langley team completed this project, from initial planning to building installation, within 5 months. This required expert coordination with the LAHJ (Local Authority Having Jurisdiction, in this case, the Vancouver and Port Authorities) to create an approved, code-compliant building design from scratch. Thanks to their hard word, this client received top-quality facilities according to their strict timeline and budget.
With two brand new, customized modular buildings that meet all standards and approvals, this port operations client can remain assured that their employees have the high-quality facilities they need for years to come.
