A replacement modular building was needed for our customer's aging operations office in Saskatchewan
BOXX Modular’s transport and logistics client needed to replace its aging operations office in Hudson’s Bay, SK. They knew they needed an energy-efficient, functional, and cost-effective solution with minimal disruption to local operations and no down time on site. The new office needed administrative offices, both men’s and women’s restrooms, and a kitchen and lunchroom space. With a 40-day timeline and the client’s needs in hand, BOXX Modular got to work.

While site preparation occurred, BOXX Modular built the custom-built 1,440 square-foot multi-functional modular building comprised of administrative offices, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a lunchroom/kitchen area, within 40 days. BOXX Modular installed its standard, factory pre-finished building on a screw pile foundation to eliminate the concern of frost heave in the winter and finished the interior and exterior with modernness, comfort and energy efficiency in mind. The new building meets all the functional needs on site and is better suited for everyday use.
