BOXX Modular was approached with very specific space need, and shortened timeline. The purpose of this building project was to provide a multi-functional space suitable for accommodating a collaborative team in a remote environment in Northeastern British Columbia.
A solution was developed which included several custom built office complexes, training rooms, lunchrooms, first aid buildings, and lavatories. The relocatable structure provided a turnkey office solution with a soundproof multi-functional layout allowing for a collaborative, productive, and efficient work site across all the departments.
The 36 foot by 30 foot training room was built specifically for the site, lending to the collaborative and seamless work environment. Land onsite was extremely valuable. This resulted in buildings packed in as closely together as permitted by code and the pad area right to the edge of the land being utilized. BOXX Modular teamed up with the client to share resources and to utilize as tight of a space as possible for the building site plan.
