A barge location was in need of an observation space that accommodated an enhanced need for security and accessibility on a busy work site.
A high-profile port operations client was in need of a secure, long-term observation building at one of their barge locations. Their space need presented our Nanaimo team with some unique challenges to overcome. First, the isolated site location presented a vandalism risk to the building on site. Next, the diverse space needs of our client did not currently exist in our standard rental fleet. Last but not least, the limited space available due to high-traffic industrial and shipping activity on site created the need for careful placement, delivery, and installation planning.
