Our Hydro Electricity client required a fully-equipped office building that would accommodate their entire team on a restricted site footprint.
Our Hydro Electricity client was having trouble finding the right workspace for their Dam Generating Station team. The problem? Their worksite was too small to accommodate a large enough single-story office complex for the amount of workers that required office space.
Luckily, our Prince George location was able to deliver a space solution in a central, accessible location that was large enough for their entire team to work comfortably.

BOXX Modular Prince George, in close coordination with our Fort St. John yard location, provided a 2-story SmartSpace office building consisting of 24 units total (12 units, 48" x 40" total per floor). Due to SmartSpace's compact design, the building was able to be strategically located in a high-traffic area right next to the Generating Station itself, making it convenient and accessible for workers. An additional 12" x 32" skidded lavatory and a 2,500G combo tank ensured that all workers' needs were met.
Our Prince George team customized the interior layout to meet their work team's specific requirements. The building included 9 Executive office rooms, 2 lunchrooms (one on each floor) equipped with full kitchens, 2 meeting rooms, and open work stations.
