While planning for their annual charity event, H.O.P.E. Ottawa needed a flexible space to keep their entertainment cool between sets in the mid-summer heat.
When the Ottawa-based volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization—H.O.P.E. Helping Other People Everywhere—was planning their annual Volleyball Tournament and SummerFest event, our Ottawa Team was ready to help ensure the day was a hit.

Our passionate Ottawa Branch proudly lent their Community Events Trailer, a 10' x 20' mobile office dedicated to supporting local organizations, to the cause. During the festivities, the trailer was put to good use sheltering the event's full roster of talented bands, ensuring they stayed cool while off-stage in 33 degree heat!
The event was a tremendous success with over 10,000 players, 700 volunteers, 40 planning team members, and dozens of sponsors and vendors coming together to support 5 local organizations under H.O.P.E.'s patronage, with plans already in motion for next year's date.
